• Discounted rate of $10 per person

• Prepayment required as a single transaction
• Duration: Approximately two and half hours
• Availability: Tue – Sat 10:00 – 3:00 ( Subject to availability)

​Field Trips at the Phippen Museum

Student field trips are available by appointment and can be customized to align with curriculum needs. To schedule your visit, please contact our Education Coordinator, Theresa Filiger, at (928) 778-1385.

FIELD TRIP DETAILS

• Duration: Approximately two and half hours
• Availability: Thursday & Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM (subject to availability)
• Group Size: Classes will be divided into groups of 12-15 students. A chaperone-to-student ratio of 1:10 is required for grades K-12.
• Admission: FREE for school tours with advance notice. 
• Bus Reimbursement: Available up to $200 per school per year. Contact the museum for more information.

​Field trips include engaging activities, such as a collaborative arts and crafts project and an exploratory activity in one of our galleries.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Reserve one gallery or the whole museum

From meals and meetings to presentations and performances, the Phippen Museum has space to accommodate groups both large and small. Your rental includes guest access to the Phippen Museum and use of one of our rooms for the duration of your event. In addition, Museum Docents may be available to provide guided tours for your guests upon request.
