Miniature Masterpiece Show & Sale: May 1st–28th
This will be the fifteenth presentation of the Museum’s successful Miniature Masterpiece Art Show and Sale. More than sixty successful and established artists are invited to submit small-scale works of art to be sold at fixed prices to benefit the museum. The Miniature Masterpieces will be on display at the Phippen Museum and on our web site, beginning May 1st, leading up to the Sale-by-Draw on Monday, May 28th. Miniature Masterpiece Reception: Friday, May 25th at 7PM
The Phippen will host a special invitational reception for Miniature art collectors on Friday, May 26th from 7 to 9PM. The evening includes catered appetizers and a cash bar, and guests will have one of the last opportunities to place an Intent-to-Purchase on the artwork, but reservations are required. So be sure to RSVP by calling the museum at (928) 778-1385.

Phippen Award Winners: Small Works to Go
Saturday, May 5th - Sunday, June 3rd
A special exhibition and sale featuring artwork created by award winners from the past 3 Memorial weekend shows. These amazing pieces can be purchased  anytime during the show and immediately taken home.

Western Art Booth Sales: May 26th & 27th, 9AM - 5PM and May 28th, 9AM - 3PM
Arizona’s premiere outdoor Western Art Show and Sale showcases more than 90 Western artists from across the country, exhibiting in booths on the historic Courthouse Plaza in beautiful downtown Prescott, Arizona.

Unveiling Ceremony for George Phippen's Monumental Bronze Sculpture, Cowboy in a Storm: Saturday, May 26th at 11AM
Held on the eastside of the Yavapai County Courthouse, this special tribute to George Phippen and his inspirational Western artwork will be attended by representatives of the Phippen Museum, the Phippen Family, local dignitaries and the general public. Come get a close up look at this massive replica before its permanently installed at the entrance to the museum. This incredible piece of artwork will be on display throughout the Memorial Day weekend.

Quick Draw Artist Challenge: Saturday, May 26th & Sunday, May 27th at 2PM
A perennial crowd favorite, the Quick Draw challenges more than 20 invited artists to create a work of art in 60 minutes. Once completed, the pieces are immediately auctioned off on the north courthouse steps.

Artist Meet 'n Greet Dinner: Saturday, May 26th at 5:30PM
Join us for a great evening of fine art, food and fun at the museum, overlooking the incredible rock formations in Granite Dells. The festivities will include live, western entertainment with Sky Daddy & Lonesome Valley, refreshing cocktails and and a delicious barbecue dinner with our participating artists provided by Big Daddy E's Smokin' Barbecue.

44th Annual Western Art Show Awards Ceremony: Sunday, May 27th at 11AM
This very special public ceremony on the Yavapai County Courthouse steps celebrates this year’s award-winning artists, including Best in Show and the Phippen Family Award (presented by members of the Phippen Family). Cash awards will also be awarded to the first, second, and third place winning artists in each media category.
