Miniature Masterpieces Art Show and Sale
Rules of the Draw
- This is a FIXED PRICE draw for the artwork shown. The drawing will take place on the Monday of Memorial Day Weekend at 11:00 a.m. at the Museum.
- Interested purchasers must complete an intent-to-purchase form for each piece they wish to purchase at the set price. Only one intent-to-purchase is allowed per person per piece. You do not need to be present to participate. Out of town participants may have an intent-to-purchase filled out on their behalf by the Miniature Masterpieces Coordinator at the Museum.
- Potential buyers who are not present during the drawing must arrange for payment and fill out an intent-to-purchase form prior to the draw. Checks must be received by no later than the Friday preceding the Monday draw and be made payable to “The Phippen Museum.” Credit card information may be provided over the phone at 928.778.1385 by speaking directly with the Miniature Masterpieces Coordinator. Credit card information also can be provided at the sale or mailed to the Museum prior to the draw. - The first name drawn has the first right to purchase. If the person whose name is drawn is present at the drawing, that person must provide a check or credit card information for the artwork within FIFTEEN MINUTES of the drawing. If the buyer is not present, the sale will be processed immediately and the buyer will be informed after the draw is finished. Winners who are not present will be notified no later than the Tuesday following the draw. The Museum cannot be held responsible for errors or failures to submit the intent-to-purchase forms properly.
