I did this painting in October during the Sedona Plein Air Festival. One day I stopped at Dry Creek and discovered this composition. First I liked the colors but soon I was interested in the shapes, too, because the bush looked like a family. They were walking there and enjoying the warm sun shine and the fresh air.
