Western Art Show:
1. This is a FIXED PRICE sale. The art will be sold on a draw system. Drawing will take place Monday, May 28, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. on the Courthouse Plaza.
2. Potential buyers who anticipate not being present during the drawing must arrange for payment and fill out an intent to purchase form. Checks must be received by May 26, 2007 and made payable to 'The Phippen Museum'. Credit card information can be given to museum staff over the phone (928)778-1385, at the sale, mailed to the museum, or contact Deb Bentlage at dbentlage@phippenartmuseum.org.
3. The first name drawn will have the first right to purchase. That person whose name is drawn must either be present at the drawing and have left a check or credit card information for the artwork with a salesperson within FIFTEEN MINUTES of having his or her name drawn, or have already filled out an intent to purchase form and left a check or credit card information. If payment cannot be verified within FIFTEEN MINUTES, a second name will be drawn.
4. If you would like your artwork shipped to you, please let us know. There will be a charge of $50.00 per item to cover the cost.
5. All checks, credit card info and 'Intent to Purchase' forms belonging to unsuccessful signers will be returned via U.S. Mail to their owners during the week following June 11, 2007.
